Special Care Unit (Level II)
Colonial Place provides a special care unit for residents requiring additional care due to age and/or deterioration of health. This unit encompasses all of the services provided in Level I, plus additional staff and care for limited and intermittent nursing services.
As a resident ages and becomes more dependent on additional care, the Special Care Unit is an easy transition from Level I to Level II as both are located within Colonial Place's primary facility.
